I bought this for my son as a xmas gift and he loves it. He had a skateboard before and he said that he has more control and feel on this board. The shipping was perfect and this arrived exactly as expected (way before xmas which was a relief). If you want a board that is not too long and has a cool look (not to mention the great construction/fit/finish) then you can't lose with an Original longboard.

I opted to purchase my Apex 37 from the manufacturer's website 5 months ago because they had the Swiss bearings and 3dm Avila 75mm 78duro white wheels which I wanted on the deck. Believe me when I say that this long board really REALLY ROCKS. I'm a manufacturing engineer by profession and an avid snowboarder who always crave for fluid flatland and downhill board carving during the summer. The Apex 37 is far the best long board ride and snowboarding simulation/feel you can ever find out there right now. The wood construction of the deck has the best flex that will match your weight range. The spring loaded cam is the one engineering design that makes the ride so smooth and powerful of which I guarantee you it will make you cry. The Original trucks are mounted on cut-aways on both ends of the bottom side of the board which makes it low to the ground. This improves stability and is so much forgiving on your knees every single time you push. If you are looking for the best longboard ride out there... put your money on this!
